Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-29
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the NKG (Notion Knowledge Graph) service. We value your privacy. Below we describe how we handle information related to this service.
2. Information we collect
This service is designed to minimize data collection. Information that may be involved includes:
- Data source ID: The Notion data source ID you enter on this site may be passed via URL parameters (query string) to generate graphs. If you use a self-hosted or deployed instance, that ID may exist only in your browser and that request.
- Notion content: To render the knowledge graph, this service reads pages and database content you have authorized via the Notion API. The request is sent from your environment (e.g. server or browser). We do not store the actual content of your Notion workspace.
- General browsing data: If this service is deployed on a third-party host (e.g. Vercel), the host may log server data such as IP and access time; its handling is subject to that platform’s privacy policy.
3. How we use information
We use the above information only to provide knowledge graph generation and display. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or selling to third parties. Notion data is read only within the scope of the Integration and data sources you authorize, and in accordance with Notion’s API and data use policies.
4. Data storage and retention
This service does not store your Notion content or data source IDs on the server in the long term. Data processing during graph generation may occur on your backend or in the browser, depending on how you deploy and use this service. If you use third-party OAuth or sign-in services, their data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Third-party services
This service calls the Notion API. Your data is processed by Notion according to Notion’s policies. If this site is deployed on a cloud platform, that platform may process request logs and similar data. We recommend reading Notion’s and your deployment platform’s privacy policies as well.
6. Your rights and choices
You may choose not to provide a data source ID or not to use this service, in which case no corresponding data processing will occur. If you revoke Notion Integration authorization, this service will no longer be able to read that data source. Your rights regarding personal data in Notion should be exercised in accordance with Notion’s terms.
7. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy due to regulations or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with the last updated date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
