Terms of Use

1. Service description
NKG (Notion Knowledge Graph) is a service that visualizes Notion database content as a knowledge graph. You must provide your own Notion data source ID and ensure that this service is authorized to read the relevant data via Notion Integration. This service does not store your Notion content; it only reads via the Notion API when you use it and renders the graph in the browser.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
By using this service you represent that you have the legal right to use Notion and related APIs and agree to comply with Notion’s terms and policies. You must keep Notion Integration credentials (e.g. API key) secure and must not use this service for any illegal purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or in violation of Notion’s policies. This service is provided “as is” with no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation.
3. Intellectual property and license
Intellectual property in this service’s interface, code, and design belongs to the service provider. Graphs you generate through this service are based on your own Notion content; rights to that content remain with you or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit this service’s code or interface without authorization.
4. Disclaimer
This service and Notion are independent. Notion API availability, rate limits, or policy changes may affect this service; we are not responsible for that. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use or inability to use this service or from incorrect data source ID or Notion configuration.
5. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
